How we help medical companies innovate
Simplified Process
The Othala Network platform simplifies sourcing CNC machining for medical and dental devices by providing easy access to competitive pricing. Compare options for order volumes, lead times, biocompatible materials, critical tolerances, specialized secondary processes (like sterilization and surface finishing), and more. Receive transparent, upfront pricing, including shipping, and quality control.
High Precision Medical Parts
To ensure a consistent, reliable, and compliant supply chain for your medical and dental components, Othala adheres to rigorous quality control processes and protocols that meet relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485). Our manufacturing partners undergo a thorough vetting process, including assessments of their quality management systems, before joining the network.
De-risk supply chains
Supply chain resilience is critical, especially when medical and dental projects demand parts on strict schedules and with specific certifications (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA). Othala offers both local and global sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and provide sourcing solutions that meet these stringent compliance requirements.
